Sleep, who wouldn't like to sleep? When sleep is not in place, a consciousness starts to become less and less alert. Most accidents noted in the United States ... When you find the history behind this person's sleep pattern, you will know he/she doesn't sleep well. Circadian rhythm is all about how the solar movement affects our physiology. Our system has been trained or conditioned over millions of years, ever since the creation. You have to establish whether I should sleep at 9:30 or 10:30 or 10:00 at night, and stick to it.

For example, those who are working long, long hours during nighttime, truck drivers for example, you will notice after certain age, their health also will start declining, if they continue working long hours at night. This is unnatural. Our system follow the circadian rhythm, now you're working against it. Working against nature has never helped anyone. Without the sleep, you become so irritable, you become angry, and if this continues for more than few days at a time, your immunological system breaks down, so you become vulnerable to so many diseases. And if this continues for a longer time, we are becoming more and more vulnerable to diseases like Parkinson perhaps, we get Alzheimer, memory loss, things of that nature can happen.

I'm not trying to scare people, but more we sleep, better it is for our health. Respect the circadian,

rhythm, and our health can improve drastically and our lifespan can also increase drastically.

Absolutely correct Rev Daaji, I was working in shifts which require late night works and I became irritable and full or anger. It was only through heartfulness meditation I was able to cope up.

But if job demands sleep has to be compromised, however health is effected to a great extent, hope government will bring rules or retirement plans for such people who work night shifts.

Yes.iam 80 now daaji.not able sleep.before 11pm.what to do?day time, I take a nap for one hour. Not avoidable.
