For the past month, I ran a mile everyday. I used to do track and cross country in high school and was quite good at running. Over the past five years however, I gave up running to focus on weight-training with the goal of putting on muscle. I have wanted to start running casually for a while, and running a mile a day seemed like a good way to do that. Hopefully this video motivates you to do the same :)

I doubt you still run or see these comments but if you do I recommend running with one earbud in as it makes a huge difference to the control of your breathing

Wow i love this. I feel like consistency is key and doing a challenge like this can help kick start a lifestyle change. I’m currently doing a challenge where I walk 1 mile everyday for 2 weeks! Doing workouts at my old hs is so much fun tbh 🤗
