Guys if he can only do 1 mile or that’s what he feels comfortable doing, then just leave him alone because props to him for sticking to it👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I've been running uphill every morning for two weeks now and my legs and butt are crazy! Also as a person who loves to sing and dance, it has really helped my lungs to have more stamina ('cause I sing while running especially on my way down). The best cardio ever!

Im 300 pounds, started running a mile every days since 9 days now, came here to see if Id have results.

I here ya. My legs always give out way before my lungs. I hike not run. Uphill is a killer but builds endurance.   Looking good Zeeg!

Yo man good job,
I’m in athletics and we have to run 2-3 miles a day since rn it is track season and you can tell with running as much as we do you build a lot of muscle and endurance.

Most of you guys say that he should push himself harder, get comfortable with being uncomfortable etc.. but the thing is that the first moth it's all about building a habit, not get huge results. Most people go all in the first week. And that's often just torture and your going to associate it with an unpleasant feeling and you're definitely not going to continue push yourself on a continuous basis. Build a habit and, THEN focus on results.

I used to run little marathons when I was younger and loved it but stoped for years, I gotta say tho running again daily it's really bringing back that spark.

Sorry for the rant but like I just joined soccer and today was my first practice and I cannot...we literally have to run 4laps and only one 60 second break that’s the only time we stop😭
