In any position lying on my back and extending one leg straight forward causes me to have an uncomfortable pop at the lowest part of my back, what can I do to fix that so I can perform these exercises.

Dr., what do you advise on the topic of keeping your back completely flat during lying ab crunches vs keeping that small space in your lower back. Do you advise extending that thoracic cavity, or lift the head and keep that back flat.. What's your opinion.

Dr. Rowe is it possible if you could make a video about deep squat to help those whose both heels don't touch the ground during deep squat. Also if I try to touch both heals, my back pulls me down towards floor. Also I noticed my legs doesn't come close to my chest when I try to do deep squat or when I try to bring them towards my chest while laying on my back. Please help. Thank you.
