Here's a brief recipe for roasted chicken with white rice:

Ingredients:

1 whole chicken (approximately 3-4 pounds)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 cups white rice
4 cups chicken broth
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Rinse the whole chicken under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and dried thyme.
