My first week started today. So far no side effects but it’s only been 4 hrs. Is everyone else as nervous as me for some reason😅

I see so many women like myself in the comments who also have either hypothyroidism, insulin resistance and PCOS. This is my first time ever hearing about Ozempic. I did really well for awhile with OMAD at the beginning of the pandemic, but got lax and gained back half the weight I lost. I still do intermittent fast now, but I don't see the same progress I once did. It so much harder to lose weight when you have hormonal-related issues going on. People look at us and do not realize how much effort, time and MONEY we put into trying to lose weight. I hate that people look at me and assume I'm doing sitting up eating junk food when I probably do more exercise then they do. Stay strong ladies and good luck in finding what's best for you in your health journey!

I am 5'3 and weigh 359 lbs. I have PCOS and insulin resistance. I've tried every diet under the sun (Keto, Paleo, Weight Watchers) and I've tried different medicines (Qsymia, Contrave) My doctor just prescribed Ozempic as a last resort to try before she refers me to a bariatric surgeon. I take the .25 for two weeks and then move to .50 for the next 4 until I go back to my doctor. I appreciate your video! We are all in this together <3

Just injected my first dose. Wish me luck! I’ve put it off for 3 weeks, due to the fear of side effects. I’ll let you know how it goes - it’s been 30 minutes past injection, and no ill effects thus far.

I started on ozempic June 15th 2022 and so far I’ve lost 47 lbs. Losing weight has been very hard for me and with the beginnings of diabetics, my doc wanted me to try it. The side effects are a little rough but I’m pushing thru it. I still have nausea almost every day and it’s been 3 months. My doc did prescribe nausea meds that are helping greatly. My A1C has come down to 5.3 which is great. I’ve also changed the way I eat and how much. Hopefully I will be able to go up to .50, but until I can control the nausea I will stay at .25. Good luck on your journey, I will definitely check your next update video,

I just started this on Friday. So far I haven’t had any negative side effects. But I was advised to take it Friday night before bed so I didn’t feel nauseous. I will say I’m not hungry. I find if I eat a burger with out the bun I don’t feel sick. Can’t wait to see we’re this journey takes me.

I just started taking the compounded version of this from a compounding pharmacy. They add B12 into the compound to minimize the side effects and it works. What I've noticed is that my cravings are non-existent and because I don't eat nearly as much, I am wanting to eat more densely nutrient rich foods. I'm not thinking about food like I used to...always planning my next meal immediately after my last. You definitely cannot eat fatty foods. I made the mistake of eating lasagna the other night and I suffered so bad from indigestion, stomach cramps...it was not fun. Lesson learned. I have lost 6 lbs this first week, which is surprising to me bc I feel like that is too rapid. I appreciate your candor in this video.

You are absolutely beautiful. I pray this works for you. I have struggled my entire life also, from early childhood. I’m 56 years old and have literally tried a thousand times to lose weight. Even gastric bypass 25 years ago. I am down 30% of initial weight, but still struggling. Waiting to start Wygovi in January. Best of luck to you sweetheart. 💕

Great video! I started Ozempic roughly 4 days ago at 0.25mg dose, and I noticed a loss of appetite. I mostly snack now versus eat heavy meals. I’m also trying to change my eating patterns to make sure my weight stays off. Im 5’5” and my starting weight was 287. I have hypothyroidism and PCOS and have done many exercise regimens and diets, so I’m hoping for success here.

I’m 5’4 and started Ozempic on 1/17/22 at 184lbs. Down to 157lbs. I could probably lose more if I exercised more consistently.

Thank you so much for your video on this subject. I just got my Ozempic in the mail and am a little nervous about starting. Mostly because I don't want the nausea. Your tips and tricks for getting through the side effects are much appreciated. You are correct in saying that there is very little to no information about being on this med. Some before and afters that are kinda lame. I am 5'4" #180. I gained weight in a relatively short amount of time 2 years ago and have struggled to get it off. Before that I was at a steady #135- #140. I am also so glad you mentioned not being taken seriously by PCPs when you express frustration with not losing weight. I had one doctor say to me that women my age(I'm 58) should have a little weight on them! She said that to me when I had ballooned up to over #200. Unbelievable!
Anyway I will be looking forward to your next videos!

I started October 22nd, had headaches off n on for 3 days, then nothing. The first weigh in on the next Saturday, I've lost 6 pounds, 1 " off my chest, 2" off my stomach.
I'm 59, 6ft was 275 lbs.
I'll update this Saturday, November 5th with next results. I have to make myself eat. Lol. I eat from 12pm to 6 pm and fasting the rest. Not hungry at all, got plenty of energy, eating alot of different meats for protein. I'm excited to see what each month brings
