This was well written! A lot of what ifs seem a bit contrived, but you gave a great explanation for why Palpatine would wait and let the Jedi Order come into disrepute.

Ahsoka really needs to be brought into it. Not to mention, Han and other such characters need a way to come into the Skwalker family's lives as they did in the original timeline.

Maybe Palpatine was already waiting for Luke and Leia to be born. He already knew that the rebel pilot that blew up the death star was Anakin's son and we saw Leia being kidnapped by imperial forces in the Obi-wan Kenobi series. Palpatine was already plotting to replace Vader with either one of his kids long before the events of the original trilogy.

I liked this one quite a lot. The biggest plot issue you have is the main adjustments to this story occur around the birth of the children which is after the events where Anakin gave Ashoka her lightsabers back to help her fight against Darth Maul. So he'd have been deposed by Ashoka and Bo Katan. But that aside, I like the happy ending for Vader.

This is an awesome video you and the detail are so well done and I love the choice of Anakin refusing to rejoin the Jedi Order in order to remain with his family and actually choose to save the Jedi not because he is the chosen but because he knew deep down it is not right to let the Jedi perish by both by the Clone Army and the Droid Army under Palpatine aka Darth Sidous' control. I would love to see a part two for this what-if video is a masterpiece and it deserves to have its own trilogy.

I have a what-if idea for the next video if you won't hear it out and something tells me maybe Maul might have transferred essence into Grand Master Kenboi's body or it could be Palpatine himself, who possessed Obi-Wan to his new vessel to cause destruction around the force. Either way, awesome job with this what-if video, please update some more videos for they are awesome, and keep up the great you're doing and May the force be with you!!

palpatine 100% knew padme was pregnant, it would have been a much smarter idea to wait, but perhaps he thought he wouldnt be able to turn anakin if padme survived and he had his kids

Palpatine had to have known Padme and her and Anakin's children had to be eliminated because he would have seen them as a problem to him in turning Anakin to the dark side since his love for them from turning completely evil.
