what if Windu waited for Yoda before fighting Palpatine?

In this video I have made a 'what if...' fan fic on the idea of what if mace windu had waited for yoda before facing palpatine. would the jedi have won? would anakin still have turned to the dark? what would the battle be like? watch this video to find out.

Mace Windu defeated Sidious. That's confirmed by George Lucas himself.
Yoda is clearly the better duelist, otherwise Sidious wouldn't try to keep distance in their fight. If Yoda and Windu decided to team up Sidious would be dead. That's a fact.

Honestly after anikan told mace that palpatine was the smith lord, mace should have just contacted the rest of the Jedi council and waited so all of them could arrest palpatine, or kill him. I doubt it would take the council very long to get back to Coruscant if they learned of that news

If Mace Windu had waited for Yoda to return, I think Yoda would have contacted Obi-Wan Kenobi and alerted all the Jedi. Having allies in the Senate charges would have been raised by Senators Amidala and Organa demonstrating Chancellor Palpatine was behind the entire Clone Wars. Master Yoda stressed great care and meditation must be used by the Jedi.

I feel like if Mace had contacted Yoda and waited for him to arrive, Yoda would contact all Jedi and inform them of it and have Mace, Obi-Wan, Agen Kolar, Saisee Tin, Kit Fisto, and Plo Koon (+possible other Jedi Masters) assist him in arresting Palpatine, if Palps hadn’t already left.

Palpatine would have absolutely no chance, hell you don’t even need all those others, Yoda, Mace, Obi-Wan and the others that originally accompanied Mace would’ve probably been enough, Kolar, Tiin, Fisto would all still be canon fodder but Yoda, Mace and Obi could whoop Palps ass

If Windu waited, Palpatine would have still command order 66. The Jedi order was off balance and most of the Jedi council and other Jedi were spread throughout the galaxy. Palpatine isn't just going to wait for all of them to come back to gain strengthen. Palpatine had all the evidence he needed. He had Anakin on video saying the Jedi council asked him to spy on the chancellor. Then, he had altered video of Windu and the other council video attacking him in his office. Whether Anakin turned or not, order 66 was going to happen. The timing was perfect for the Sith to take power.

Yoda and Windu should have been put on trial for the attempted assassination of the Supreme Chancellor without senatorial approval .
How can ANYONE accuse the Chancellor of being behind the war in the first place ?
#1. The separatists were led by a jedi .
#2. The clone army was illegally commissioned by a jedi .
#3. The planet of Geonosis was invaded by the jedi .
#4. The clone war was started by the jedi.
#5 . The clone war was ended by the Supreme Chancellor when he took out the jedi .
#6. The jedi council openly talked amongst themselves about seizing control of the Senate .
#7. Anakin Skywalker was the only jedi that remained loyal to the Supreme Chancellor , so a council member tried to murder him.
#8. The jedi council tried to assassinate the Supreme Chancellor twice.
So, to boil it
The jedi were the bad guys .

Yeah....if Joda had joined the battle I would not be so shure any of the Jedi Mastwrs would have died. Shure maby fatally wounded and only be kept alive by the force but not dead. I can also see a lot of them still fighting alongside Yoda and Window like for example Master Fisto. I am not shure if it was canon or legends but in one part of the script I think it sayed that Kit Fisto actually died because he lost concentration due to him sencing Anikin outside the door.

Great what if! But I’m not so sure if they would have arrested him. There is no law stating that it’s illegal to be a Sith Lord plus Sidious had altered video and sound recording making it seem like the Jedi were trying to assasinate him

Mace couldn’t afford to wait for yoda. They had just discovered palpatine was the sale lord of the sith and with him having so much power there was no time to lose. He had the power to immediately make a law banning the jedi from arresting him, disbanding the lakers order or oh say labeling them all criminals and ordering them hunted down and killed
