What if Baras Offee left the Jedi Order after the second battle of Geonosis.

Honestly would have multiple factors playing in this possibility.

First, why was she, a padawan, supposed to memorize the entire tunnel system by herself? Shouldn't that have been both her and her master doing this if they were going on this mission?

Second, why was Ashoka, another padawan, who had no prior knowledge of the mission's plan being asked to take part in the most dangerous part of the mission while the masters were playing decoy and setting bombs on a bridge? Even Anakin thought sending two padawans in on a suicide mission like that wasn't right, and he's the loose one.

Third, Baras found out upon the destruction of the factory her own master written her off as dead and instead of immediately trying to clear rubble and make an attempt at finding her let alone her remains she instead dropped to her knees and started to meditate on the spot and basically told Anakin to forget both Ashoka and Baras.

Fourth, Baras might have still in been recovery after the worm incident and seeing Luminara show little empathy for what she went through and had her move out as the war raged on.

That last one may or may not have taken place, but the other 3 definitely are serious red flags that could play a role in her decision to leave the order if Luminara doesn't show any consideration for these actions and genuinely apologizes for putting her at risk like that. Though what she'd do after she left could go a number of ways. Perhaps working with a volunteer group to aid refugees and those effected by the war in a medical compacity and learning the secrets to force healing during that time. This would be early enough that she avoids the dark path, but still might cause an issue with the Jedi as a whole as she leads a peaceful demonstration against the war. With young jedi like Ashoka and others who seeing the order failing take her side. It's an idea, and one that can actually be done.
