I don't know which stretching routine to stick to. So many videos.
This one seems like for those you could do splits decades ago and now want to get back in shape.

Hi, I've just started to look into doing the splits and I don't have a history of being flexible, do you recommend starting from stretches that are more middle split or side split focused?
