Hello my friends!
You’ve asked for it, you should get it.
Since you’re all in your front splits already
(SPLIT GUIDE PART 1 & PART 2 on my page) you should get into your middle splits soon too.

Be patient and let your body stretch for weeks/months!
It took me long time to really get into the middle split so give it time and before that you should work on your front splits first.

Let’s work on our stretching skills.
I would recommend you to do this everyday for fast results but 3-4 times after your workout works as well.

I practice front splits for over 3 months now and I almost can do them. I was so happy with my flexibility progress, but THIS is hard. Long way before me :)

Yes! Finally it comes! I really wanted this video. I saw a considerable difference in my thighs by doing 15 min inner and outer thigh workout and I am still on a journey to achieve that perfect sexy legs. But I still suffer a lot while doing splits because of my inner thighs, they are not yet so flexible! But yes I am trying and happy about what I have achieved till yet. Thank You a lot for these wonderful workouts Mary and this split will definitely add to it! Thank You! 🙏❤

Loved this! Can you do a routine on how to be more flexible in the entire body? I love working out but I feel like some exercise moves requires flexibility so I wanna be more flexible overall

I'm a dancer of 20 years and now a teacher of jazz modern, and this is a good video, but for somebody who is not anywhere near doing the splits it is not going to be enough, stretching the hamstrings and hip flexors will require more intensity this workout is more of a warmup for somebody who can do the splits, this is not a split preparation workout you literally have to endure pain to lengthen those hamstrings which is what I had to do to get mine when I trained as a student. I have the methods on my channel.
