You are my hero. I've been going to Physical Therapy for over three weeks now. They have never shown me a single streatch. I am even concerned of saying this too early, but the truth is that i feel i am on the road of recovery just by doing these exercises for 2 days!! I did this video last night after having extreme si joint pain for many days. This has been a chronic issue for the past 17 years. This helped be able to actually sleep and felt better for the majority of the day today. Doing these again before bed!

Thank you. A few months ago, (i am 57 years old) i suddenly found myself limited in my ability to walk a mile to the store and back. I had to stop on the way back every 1, 500 feet and sit down for a few minutes. The full length of my right leg felt very weakened. It felt as though my femur just wan't to leave my hip. And the muscle weakness extended down below my knee. I do have a strong tendency to sit cross legged in my office chair so i figured i was over stressing my hip. I need to dive more into your videos and sort it all out, but i feel this video is very helpful in pointing me to the right direction.

I overdid it rock climbing on Thursday and now both sides of my SI have been in so much pain for the last three days. Finally now I'm on Youtube for a solution. The second exercise sitting in the chair and using the resistance of my arms against my thighs really helped alleviate the pain. I could barely do the leg raises on the abdomen because my SI is so weak right now - so I'll add these into my routine once I'm better also. The bird dog firehydrants helped my SI joint in it's inflamed state. Thank you so much! You are a lifesaver.

Good stuff! My father was a chiropractor, so I’m familiar with many of these techniques, but of course they’ve changed a bit in the 40 years since he died. And I like the combination of movements for release with ones that are basically physical therapy for your hips.
