Pull-up bars can be used for a variety of effective ab exercises that engage both your core and upper body. Here are some pull-up bar ab exercises:
1. Hanging Leg Raises
How to Do It: Grip the pull-up bar with your hands shoulder-width apart. Hang with your legs straight. Engage your core and raise your legs until they are parallel to the ground (or higher). Lower them back down with control.
Muscles Worked: Lower abs, hip flexors.
2. Hanging Knee Raises
How to Do It: Similar to hanging leg raises, but instead of keeping your legs straight, bend your knees and pull them toward your chest. Squeeze your core at the top, then lower your knees back down.
