Get ready to sweat with fitness trainer Nikki Nie, who will be leading this 10-minute standing core barre workout joined by Nikki Keeshin and Poofy Moffitino! In this routine, you'll start moving right away with a series of knee twists and lateral oblique knee lifts. You'll be sure to spot some of your favorite ballet-inspired moves like grand-battements and pliés. You don't need to be a dancer to do this workout, so get ready to work on your balance and core. No equipment needed!

Non capisco …. Senza riscaldamento cosa ha che vedere con il barre potrebbe essere una qualsiasi lezione di total body workout.i movimenti sono buttati lì non precisi . È pieno you tube di questi trainer assolutamente imprecisi .l’importante è crederci 😌
