Thank you so so much I can't thank you enough, really struggling with severe neck and shoulder pain caused by TMJ as well as the TMJ pain you would expect in the head, face etc, the neck pain has been the worst and been trying hot water bottles etc for days to ease it off - these exercises have massively helped to loosen my neck in just a few minutes and now in a lot less pain, you are an absolute angel 😇🤗

Dr. Jo, I injured my neck a year ago while at work and unfortunately, it was self-inflicted and I had some physical therapy to give me some relief, but I only went for six sessions and a neurologist told me that it is possible I just needed more physical therapy. I also had two lateral steroid injections in my neck last summer, but they did not help. Thanks for this stretch as I will certainly give it a try!
