my little brother always knocks us down. hes 12, aggressive, addicted to his phone and scolds with words that arent appropriate. he discriminates woman and men, abuses me and my little sister. when i punch him or attack him he starts fake “crying” and he tells my mom. he always tells my mom he “didnt do anything”. i always shake when my mom isnt home. my parents are divorced and my dad mostly is in South Africa, out to escape.. my mother never notices… what do i need to do?
