Exhausted all my effort but couldn't find anything online. now I assume you simply open up the blister, send it back down and patch it like how you patch a hole.

I drilled some holes through a wall by accident and the other side of the wall broke away in chunks with wallpaper still attached, is it possible to use polyfilla like at glue and patch up the wall with the same chunks ?
