While I can agree with the method...the drying times are complete rubbish!! yes couple hours if hole/crack is small and its a dry hot summer at least 24 hours!! some of the products out there are absolute rubbish and do not dry at all!!

also...why would you sand something that is wet!! he does not wait until it is dry to sand the initial patch....now that I think about it, pretty bad instructions....
