What PVA do you use? And how do you dilute it? And does the PVA need to be dry or sticky?

I primed with diluted PVA as specified, tomorrow I'll be ready to plaster, but I see some builders saying I need a second, non diluted layer of PVA on top of that before I plaster?

i have plasterboard wall and big hole in it, trying to put rawplug but its hollow, whats best to fill it so i safely put a rawplug to secure a blind? its 1x1 inch (wide and deep) thx

My question is I have a spot about that size . There isn’t anything wrong with the wall my 2 year old kept rocking our chair back and 4th and it messed up the wall. It is a textured wall so I think it’s already been done before since we lived here . But how much cost wise will this be ?? Obviously I’ll have to match the right shade of paint but we rent this house n I like it nice ! And I am so upset my son did this to the wall

Just use 20min plaster with a large knife wait 3 to 4 hours sand then paint. What’s the big deal???

Can you not use just normal pollyfiller then sand and paint?.
