I have 2 holes in dryhole where my recliner popped holes in the wall leaning back into it. Handyman gave me an estimated price of $1, 200. The 2 holes are 8" by 8" & 13" by 9". I am a widow (77) on SS. I will do the repair myself thanks to your video. Much appreciated !

I think I'll give it a try myself instead of calling in someone to do it. I hit the gas instead of the break after I entered my garage. Left about a foot long hole not that wide. I hear this happens occasionally with people. Thanks for the excellent instruction.

Great video, thank you. When I had a wall removed years ago, the craftsman used a lightly wadded plastic bag from the grocery store and dipped it in the drywall mud and applied it to the ceiling. Matched the texture really well.
