Thanks for teaching! Before I properly learned how to take off sticky hooks I tore one off and it took some drywall paper with it. Now I'm about to use some Dap Fast Dry and repair it! Wish me luck!

Nice, although you do not need to use that much to patch that small of a hole. I fill these holes all the time with just my finger tips. I fill the hole in and let it dry 24 hours, then I add more and smooth it out with my finger tip. Then you can sand it some to smooth it out. Saves time and material.

I don't sand mine I used a damp sponge to get the excess off. That way you don't sand off the orange peel. And leave a flat spot.

Just add the drydex to your finger and fill in the hole. No need to ruin the texture around it

4:08 You didnt sand/smooth the transition enough. That hard edge at the bottom is going to show through paint.
