You and I eat so many of the same foods. I’m older than you. 67, and I have tried everything in the world to lose weight. Even Ozempic, which was a massive failure. I too have come to understand that I have to like what I eat and I have to consistently over time eat less and better. I love the vanilla Greek yogurt with berries in the morning. I put 2
Tablespoons of granola on it. Yum! I also tried the no sugar yogurt. Life is too short lol. Thanks for the frozen avocado tip and the quinoa tip. Gonna try that. If you love your air fryer you should try air frying Brussels sprouts. A little olive oil and after they are done a couple drops of balsamic on them. Truly good. I’ve lost 15 lbs in 3 months. I am determined not to starve myself. Slow and steady wins this race.

HI Cathy! I ate something delicious today. Sugar Snap Peas! They were fresh and I cut some slits in the bag and cooked in the microwave for 5 minutes. A Tiny bit of butter and salt pepper....really good! They are my new favorite vegetable!! Great video Cathy! You look so pretty in blue!

Internittent fasting would work well with how you are losing. Eat for 8 hrs a day, fast for 16. I lost 16 lbs. in 5 months.

Hi Cathy, in regard to the broccoli stalks, I peel them and slice them up. Add a little EVOO, salt and pepper and roast in a 350 degree oven till lightly browned... They remind me of an artichoke hearts.! Thank you for sharing your yummy recipes with us... you are doing great!

I agree so much on the deprivation! That's a sure fire way to derail weight loss efforts. Slow and steady encourages better habits and works. It's also less depressing! I honestly enjoy the foods that you mention here, except I don't like meat at all (except bacon!) so chicken and shellfish is about all I buy for meat. You have some really good ideas in this video. Very helpful!!
