what type of doctor is preferred for this kind of issue? I had a recent inguinal hernia repair and this pain type of pain in the posterior rib occurred not long after. could this be related?

It’s been a year now I’ve been having pain in my sides. I’ve done ct scans, chest X-ray, multiple ghall bladder tests many different scans and doctors tell me I’m ok… only thing showing proof of my pain is over normal amylase. I wonder if this is what it is

I have been having this intense feeling on my right side of my abdomen... There's also a single rib bone that sticks out which bothers me a lot like it does not look/feel normal to me am I ok? Or am I hurt?

Sir if I have chronic rib cage pain both back n front with lots of fatigue n bony pains especially in the shafts of long bones n right hip pain n recey developed essential hypertension n with a history bof COPD n pulmonary TB three yrs back n acute pancreatitis 1 yr back....now my investigation show anaemia, inflammed head of pancrease, 68 serum amylase mild fatty liver, normal kidneys ...pls let me know ua differential diagnosis ...
