Hi Will, Your videos are great and informative 👍
I practice your stretching techniques now that I'm in my mid-50s. They have been doing wonders, thank you.
Quick question, though: my husband has had knee issues for a while, and you mentioned arthritis. Does gout fall into that category? We don't drink or eat a bunch of rich, fatty foods, but he has flair ups on occasion, and it does impede his ability to go on walks, which he enjoys.

Interesting video. But a question about locking knee. If I kneel often I cannot come out of the kneeling position without terrible, terrible, terrible pain. Kneeling might be to retrieve something in a cupboard, etc. Or it might be assuming a yoga child's pose in exercise. Essentially the knee is locked, not in a straight leg as you described in video but a bent leg.

SAPHENOUS!!! I'm curious to know how you would treat severe pain channelling through the left knee. From hip to big toe... The worst of is centred at the lower half of the knee. Also the skin over the front of my knee is both hot and numb, a not in 5ye upper thigh, and heat down the inside of my shin. All thanks to a hip knock?

I'm 58, seeing a physo who is dry needling my knee cap below and placing black strengthened stick-on bonded wrapping across and around my knee cap. MRI, CT & XRays all done, but nothing found but general wear and tear.

Will, if you get the time to think on this particular issue, I'd be extremely greatful. I have an appointment with nerve specialist in the coming days. However hope that you can explore this complex problem with me and your greater audience if it helps any one else possibly too.

Aj 👍 🦘🪃 🇦🇺...

PS, Happy to explain it in greater detail in private chat...

At 75 yrs of age. I'm bowl legged since birth.
When looking at my knee alignment from the left side. One can see my right knee protrudes further forward the left knee. Would you have an opinion to correct?
