A quick and fun 25 minute cardio kickboxing all Standing workout for all fitness levels. This is an easy to follow routine with upper body, lower body and full body focuses circuits. In this workout we are working for 30 seconds followed by a 15 second recovery. A warm up and standing stretch included.

I loved this workout! This might be your best kickboxing workout yet! I enjoyed how you incorporated jumping jacks throughout. I was a sweaty mess at the end.
