Welcome to a short 25 minute cardio kickboxing workout! Get ready for some kickboxing moves that will help to tone the legs and arms as we kick, squat and punch our way through this workout. If you're a regular on my channel, this would be considered an intermediate level workout. Take your time getting into the moves and go at your own pace.

I almost forgot how vigorous this kickboxing workout is - enough to make me very sweaty!
It's still a favorite of mine because the kicks and punches loosen me up and feel wonderful!

I had to turn on the fan because I got so sweaty! But it's one of my favorite and so worth it. It's also a good warm up for day 5 of your strength series, so thank you Jules!

Hi Jules! I was having a rough week and since I haven't worked out in awhile, a dear friend suggested I do a workout with punching, so I did! I'm not going to lie - I've let myself get a little out of shape, but it also felt really good! Thanks so much for your wonderful videos🥰

I really enjoyed this workout, Jules. My favorite part was the kick forward (and punch with opposite hand) and then a sideways kick. .It really loosened me up for the rest of the workout. Thank you!
