This was good thanks! Training for a Marathon in 2 weeks and on the taper off period before race day so looked into dancing as a ay to keep my aerobic base up. This is going to be a fun 2 weeks.

Man child, Lovely beautiful soul ❤️ this is my 1st day w.o. and my upper inside muscle was do joyful that I did you work out. I know because we will be soaking in some epson salt. 🤣I did not properly stretch, but non the less will use one of your stretch vid if you have one then run this one back
