I have always had this weird thing happen where I always wake up within the same 10min (7 : 25 to 7 : 35) all on my own without alarm
except for the days I have somewhere to go early, then I automatically wake up 1 hour before I have to go there (+/- 5min)
but always around ??:30 or ??:00 +/- 5min

What are you and jvscholz building? I'm also building a product with my brother. The deep work in the morning part of the video is exactly right. Seeing it's 10am and you've already CRUSHED the day is so addicting.
