I love setting goals I find people who don’t have them try and attack my goals because they’re miserable with their own lives . But it feels really good when you stand up to your bullies. I did this we should all do this . Yes you need to be consistent. I love celebrating small wins it would be nice if I had someone to share that with . But supposedly I’m not aloud to have friends according to my neighbours and gym haters and many others . I am always real genuine and honest and happy.

I really like these posts...but wish there were opportunities to interrogate Racism and Other social issues such as economic or housing insecurity.. Social Systems / issues can Impact / Destabilize our "choices", "decision making", how we respond, progress or stagnate. We operate within Social Systems and must negotiate institutions that might not be always Welcoming to our person / racialized bodies. Not everything that happens to us, happens in a vacuum", unconnected to larger social systems / experiences. We are not merely "individuals" without familial or Community ties.
Not everybody has Equal Opportunity, Social Mobility, Access to Resources or Social Support Networks that can help the Individual make proactive choices, progress, not worry about the Past or Future.

This one was sort of lame. Half of what he mentioned you can tie right into depression and you cannot just turn it on and off. Situational depression is a totally different animal. They tell you to do these things like they're just so easy. lots of nonsense
