In case anyone is wondering, you will likely see the electrolyte metabolism properties of boron before you are at the point you're breaking bones to know you are low on it. And to those saying supplements are super expensive, I only take stuff based on definite symptoms of deficiency or testing saying I am low in something. Vitacost is pretty reasonable on pricing.

My stomach does not make HCl. Taking coral calcium is probably not going to do me any good.

I wonder when someone fasts for an extended period if they become deficient in all these nutrients they say we need everyday...apparently people can live with no food for quite sometime..so why is the RDA valid..?
