Check your zones and soil but just no blackberries are really easy to grow. Also if you live somewhere that's not extremely arid or extremely cold in the United States you can find them on the side of the road near the woods all the time

Plants don't have bioavailable vitamin a known as retinol. Vitamin a from plants has to be converted by the body. Cantaloupe is the best fruit to eat regularly unless you can get pesticide free blackberries.

"150 cal of blackberries" whose eating 350 grams of blackberries bro. Blackberries are extremely healthy but I mainlyy eat them for the antioxidants, not the vitamins/minerals.
