Madam my right fifth matacarpal base was fractured 2 months ago. Orthopaedic surgeon said no surgery required, conservative management will do. I am a male nurse. Having no right hand is difficult mentally and professionally as well. Your videos have been so helpful for me in recovery and all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have joined my duties as well. Some stiffness is still there. And I'm following your exercise with great care. 🙏🏽

Hi Mitchell.. I am from India. If I was in usa I would have definitely taken therapy from you. I have visited quite a few physiotherapist here but nobody is good enough. I had 4th metacarpal fracture near base and dislocated 5th metacarpal in left hand. After recovery, I found your channel and I am regaining ROM with the help of your videos. I can't thank you enough. You are doing a very great job, ma'am. But I am still not able to regain my ulnar deviation, it's been two months into doing stretches mentioned in your videos. Pls help me with some video links to improve my ulnar deviation.
