Those exercises mentioned could be just some rehab exercises, but those for real glute growth are the ones that you've mentioned.

0:10 Thanks for this picture! This makes very clear, why "hip dips" are the "normal" silhoutte of the female hips in a fit person because of the bone sturcture, but complete round (kardashian like) is usually a result of either excess body fat or surgery. Female Body Builder Leoni Kommos explained it in one of her videos aswell, but a picutre like this was missing and visualises it very well. Thanks again! :)

They're a waste of time FOR GROWING GLUTES, but not for stability and a healthy hip. Please don't stop doing them, just don't take them as a glute growing excercise.

I tend to do the heavier glute maximus movements for mass, then the hip adduction and external/internal rotations to keep the hips healthy as a finisher.

Why not work all glutes? As a woman with hip dips, I can tell you that abduction exercise helped round out my glutes and give me more of an hour glass figure. I know bcuz I'm a PT, and a former Marine, and I've done various types of workouts over 3 decades, so my physique has changed many times. I have created an hour glass figure twice by focusing on all glutes

So I watched this video when it came out and have since neglected thr smaller glute muscles. I had a lot of back issues lately and had to go to the physio. Eventually it turned out it was because those smaller muscles are way too weak to support my back. Thank you for that!
