From what I learn is that your body can only absorb about 4% of magnesium oxide. It’s great for pooping, but that’s about all.

Dr livingood, love your channel, have my entire family watching you now. We are trying to eat healthier and use better supplements. What about Manganese Citrate in the Magnesium complex? I take a complex magnesium with 1mg of that, and don't remember why it's in it. It also has "Hulmic/Fulvic Monoatomic Blend" listed in the "elemental" proprietary blend.
