I've learnt that taking calcium isn't advised so to take vitamin D3 and K2 to help get the calcium into the bones. Taking calcium on it's own isn't recommended for arteries of the heart, it can be calcifying. But look it up for yourself.

Calcium needs body movement for it to be able to be absorbed properly. That's why you need to take your meals early before bedtime. If not it will get deposited in your arteries. Learn from plants. The wind blows and the branches and leafs move and calcium is distributed and absorbed throughout the plant. That is also why bedridden patients lose a lot of calcium for being in a state of non-movement and therefore little absorption of calcium takes place.

Randomly stumble upon this channel.. But if i may ask.. why is there no supplement that give 100% daily intake of everything.. from Vitamin to minerals.. and better yet to the protein and carbs, etc.. so basically even you don't eat anything, you still healthy..

if they counteract each other, we can take 1 set of them in the morning and the other before we sleep at night like you said..

or it's only the usual ? the vitamin industry just want to make more money ?
