My leg cramps were so bad for so long that I remember saying I did not want to live like this. I honestly did not want to live. NO ONE told me Magnesium Glycinate (400mg). They just said Magnesium and I got the kind that did not work. That left me feeling hopeless. Once I saw the Glycinate one on another of your videos it changed my life. Seriously. I found that sugar and caffeine played the biggest role in my legs "buzzing" and cramping at night. I saw the twitches and they got on my nerves, so bad. I am a good 90 percent better and think that this will continue to get better. THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Thank you Dr. for making these videos. As a natural healer myself, I feel as strongly as you do. It is our duty to inform the population. Sharing your shorts with friends seems to get them motivated enough to engage them to do their own research. There are a few who have benefited greatly.

I take 1/2 teaspoon Magnesium Citrate in the morning with some of my Vitamins. I make my own liquid Magnesium Chloride and rub it all over my body after a shower...Very relaxing. Magnesium Glycinate at night in my herbal tea. Very relaxing, also.

Dr Mandell! I love you. Wish we we had more encouraging people like you. I recently was told that i have high cholesterol. I am doing the elexcer. Apple turmeric lemon garlic olive oil cayenne pepper. Dr seems also like it curbs my appetite

Dr Mandell should say that Vitamin D is fat soluble . Make sure you take it with fats . Check to make sure you are taking your vitamins right so that they work. Thank you Dr Mandell.

W0W as I took my weekly dose of Vitamin D last night I also took my calcium magnesium & omega 3 6, 9
Once I finally feel asleep it worked in helping me rest so Thanks Doc
