Well in this video i’m going to share with you what’s causing your hip pain and what you can do about it!
There are a few common causes of why people experience hip pain during sitting.
Hip pain from sitting can be from poor posture, but if you're sitting 40 to 50 hours a week over 5, 6 months or longer, you probably have decreased strength in your hips.

From one Melanie to another, thank you! I have Itb (I think) issues for last 5+ years and pain. And lack of exercise and weight gain last 2 years really making it worse. Feel too stiff to move so move less which doesn't help😔

I have pain which was diagnosed as SIJD. I find cycling, running and rowing aggravate it. Is there another form of cardio that I could do for weight loss that might be better?

It is much safer to lye flat and use a band to straight leg raise.not people with these problems often hav balance issues.
