Tony thank you for doing this work… my brother was in a toxic relationship for 12 years… he faced homelessness, lost his job, lost custody of his six kids and had a stroke… the day he went back to his ex after no contact he had a heart attack and was placed on life support and died shorty after… he refused to leave this relationship and it cost him his life his sanity and quality of life…. I know this word is thrown around a lot today but I was with a malignant narcissist for 5 years off and on and Tony Gaskins and RC Blakes where the two YouTubers I went to daily in 2018 along with God and getting therapy then I finally left on 10/2019 he is for sure doing God work. That men told me to my face that he was trying to break me down to control me but that I was to strong Amen. Please take care of yourself mentally emotionally spiritually physically and financially you deserve a good life be blessed

I've left some very toxic and abusive relationships. It's like ripping off a band aid, you just have to do it. Or it can be like quitting something "cold turkey." Your mind and body can be addicted to this person and addicted to the emotions or the sex, but you have to just do it. The toxicity is addictive in it's own way and can make you feel like you're going through real withdrawals. Just make sure you have a safe place to go and get away!! Go no contact if you can. Especially in the beginning, because they will try to suck you back in if they get a chance to talk to you.

Wheww tony! This literally came right on time. Today My ex Bf stole my car that I bought & paid off and I let him take a loan out on bc he needed money to get legal help. He started doing the most after I decided to finally leave after enduring all of the types of abuse for 3 yrs. Im happy I’m finally done 🙏🏾
