Every high schooler and college student should see this video. I love it.

Priceless information, the sort of things they used to teach in school.

It's not what you know, it's who you know. Get that mentor, get one who is good and in the field, you then have the "who you know" part of the formula down and you are in. Now finding and getting a good mentor, easier said than done.

One of the best ways to NEVER EVER land that "dream job" you really want is to quit the last 6 jobs you've had in the last 9 months because all your bosses were too "toxic", even though all they really wanted you to do was just do the damn jobs you'd been hired to do.

While this advice is rock solid, isn't it shockingly disappointing that this is NOT common sense anymore?? 😞

I am 12 and already knew this. I thought everyone knew this but, I guess not.

This kinda feels like a parody with how obvious this all is, until I remember that I now live in a world that has forgotten all of it.

Well done PragerU. Solid presentation. The "GET A JOB" attitude needs to stop from a lot of people. Sometimes getting work is difficult, and telling people to "GET A JOB" is not productive. People need help on how to find work, and I think you guys did a good job in helping people get started.

This is superb content! Can't praise you enough for this, PragerU. Teaching good values and realistic advice, delivered attractively and with humor.

This video violates YouTube's terms of service, because it makes people feel bad if they choose to not look for work, preferring instead to stay home and get paid for doing nothing.

Start at the bottom, and work your way up the ladder; that way when you reach a senior position you will have experience.

Never go to a job interview with a friend, your girlfriend, or worse with your mom.
If you're being told that you're overqualified, it simply means he doesn't want you to take his job, or worse you become his boss.
Never lie at the interview. It will bite you sooner than you think.

Networking is very important. I got to where I’m at because I know the right people. I had very little qualifications for positions I’ve held in the past and present, but I knew the right people who got me an in. But without hard work and the willingness to learn, it will not get you far either. Work hard, keep learning, keep networking and you will be successful.

Working crazy hard for months and your boss doesn't notice it or care? Start looking elsewhere or you can get caught in a dead in job.

I would disagree with the videogames probably won't pay. Even if your not good enough to be a top player, who get paid millions, or a high/mid-tier player who get paid hundreds of thousands, you can always be a content creator. Videogames and eSports, are in essence, exactly like athletics. They take years of hard work, dedication, and practice.

I work at a warehouse I have some advice for you that helped me get a 2018 car and a new iPhone 12:
1. STAY SILENT don’t create drama
2. Do the best you can
3. NOT every week or every day will you love your job. But try to push through it as much as possible.

Who else thought by the picture the presenter would be Gavin McInnes?

1. No. Don't wait for a job that you're good at....you'll probably be waiting forever. That's why no one is working now. Just get a job, and do it.
2. Millenials all think they know more than everyone else, so that's never going to happen.
3. Yes. Actually go to work when you're supposed to, and do the things that you're supposed to do.
4. It's more important that you learn the company policies than research random things. Research...the correct things.
