Im Puerto Rican and with a touch of different seasonings it becomes “Lechón”. It truly tastes spectacular. I believe our friends in the Philippines also make it similar to us. Good job on the pig as well.

This is actually a staple food in Philippines, we call it lechon and we eat it on special occasions like birthdays, festivals, Christmas and new year

We roast pigs every time there's an occasion here in the Philippines. We call it Lechon Baboy. It is the highlight of our feast. I know it's your first time roasting a whole pig so its a little messy but we all start there😊 Keep going!!!

In Philippines, it's called Lechon. It's roasted whole pig, it's roasted until the skin turn into golden brown. It usually cook in every celebrations and restaurants/lechon store.
