London Street Food. Whole Pig Roasting for Sandwiches. Seen in Borough Market

As a kid we would help the local farmers gather in the harvest and at the end of the day we would always have a pig or beef roast in the field. Nothing beats being given a fresh roll of bread, still warm from the oven, standing in the queue and watching a sharp knife slice a half inch thick piece of juicy meat onto the bread. Home made stuffing and apple sauce. Of course a nice bit of crackling too to chew on afterwards. Happy days.

OMG i'm so hungry now!!! in Mexico we also eat pork sandwiches, the sandwich type is called torta, your version also looks glorious, and if you add avocado and some green salsa it would be even better.... i have to stop watching food videos at 1:30 am. respect to London.
