Why did NC get hit so badly, but my friends in South Carolina and Tennessee are doing better? Are there more rivers in North Carolina or something?

What dose high-end stores isn't no better than a mom & pop store that got destroyed by flood waters so why do people have to label it like that man did at the first of the video

Water should be under our Control. Not We under Water's Control. 1 mile wide and 1 mile deep well should be dug where such floods start. Thus, we preserve the water and contribute that to the farm lands also later on. All around the well, drums should be dropped into the water in the nights without any effort and Energy of the Sun should be used to pull them up in the days. The Turbines thus will be forced to produce Electricity at nights !

Live next to a river don't be surprised when you get wet. Iy's in my heart and in my blood. Not really a bright gene pool. My family goes back to the 1600s and maybe they picked smarter spots on their way across the country. My ancestors knew better than to build by a river. His peeps not so smart.
