Hurricane Helene devastates Southeast leaving at least 64 dead

The Southeast is dealing with the devastating impact of Hurricane Helene after the storm destroyed entire communities from Florida to North Carolina with flooding and mudslides that caused widespread damage. The death toll has risen to at least 64. NBC’s George Solis reports for Sunday TODAY.

I have never seen it this bad in east Tennessee. We had bridges collapse and now all water is dried up until they can fix the filtration station that was damaged. Never thought it would do this much damage to a landlocked area.
