In my time working as Desktop Support I have only come across less than a handful of rude customers and my team services several buildings in the Texas Medical Center (a couple thousand faculty/staff/students). People nowadays paint the picture of being professional as one "turning the other cheek" and being somewhat submissive to whatever the customer is throwing your way. Not me. Now, of course I don't go bat-shit crazy and curse out customers, however, once a customer is giving me a hard time, be it, 1. not allowing me access to the machine, or 2. arguing/debating about how I should go about fixing the problem, I simply tell them, "we can either reschedule this when you're not at the machine or you can wait for another member to come and help you." Simple. I have never had a complaint about my work and 9 times out of 10 those rude customers end up apologizing in some fashion.

Sup Du'An? Ok so I want to lab everyday, but I have no idea how to even start. I have packet tracer and a video course by Keith Barker. I am so lost and can't find any step by step instructions for labs. If you could would you please make a video for dummies like me. Thanks in advance.
