Hamstring Stretch: 45 seconds
Head to Knees: 45 seconds
Hip Flexor: 45 seconds
Hip Leg Hold: 45 seconds
Knee Hold: 45 seconds
Leg Extension: 30 seconds
Leg Hold on High Surface: 1 minute 30 seconds
Lunge and Flex: 1 minute 30 seconds
Lunge and Flex with Cushion: 1 minute
Split Hold: 1 minute 30 seconds

Here's some saftey tips that Gabby didn't tell you:
Stretch until discomfort, but not pain. It is possible to injure yourself while stretching.
If you feel a sharp, pinpointed, or burning pain, especially in your knee, stop stretching there.
A full split can take a long time to achieve especially for people who have not stretched before (not a day or a week). Stick with it, even if you only gain a half inch a week. Progress is progress.

OMG! I got into the splits in one day maybe because I used to do dance but if you can’t, don’t push yourself too hard or you may suffer from an injury. Keep it up👍🏻

This actually works in one day! I had my doubts about this but from a foot off the ground, i was able to touch the ground within 20 minutes of stretching!!! I got it after the Leg Hold on High Surface. It really helped! Thank you so much for this tutorial.

Isn't it weird that everyone is here during quorintine because there bored and we all have nothing else to do so we learn the splits

7. Woke up

The actual order is 4, 5, 6, 1, 2, 3, 7 😑😅

I did this in 2020 and I got my splits in like 3 weeks. Two years later I didn’t do my stretches and I’m back at square one but this is helping me get my split back again.

I'm a guy and I've been doing the splits since 2014. I've lost it here and there as the years went by. When COVID/Quarantine started, I found Gabby's video and got my splits back in 2-3 weeks. Thanks Gabby! 👍🏼🙏🏼❤️

this was the tutorial which helped me like 2 years ago to go from like extremely unflexible to flexible and i did splits by following this for a month, honestly helped a lot

Y'all this works. It's honestly difficult to trust people on the internet because they always lie, but i'm not one of them! Okay anyways I did this for less than a week and when I finally got my splits I was very excited! I had never been able to do any type of split but I am still happy I can do them now. The bad thing is that I lose my splits everyday, but everytime I stretch again I get them. Sometimes I get them all the way down other times I get them less than an inch above ground. But I am basically able to do the splits now :)

A few things I did (Incase anyone asks) :

-I did this once a day
-I did this at random times of the day
-I was not that flexible so I believe anyone can do it
-I pushed myself a bit but not to the point where I pulled a muscle
-I sometimes did a few stretches for longer than required
-It gets easier over time and remember you got this!

day 1 of trying this! Its great I got so much farther than when I tried without a stretch workout! I can almost do the splits!

I USED TO DO THIS ROUTINE A YEAR AGO AND THIS ACTUALLY WORKS 😭 A YEAR LATER I STOPPED AND LOST MY SPLITS SO I AM HERE AGAIN
