I have been going for about 2 weeks. But the first week was just removing bad carbs and sugar so it wasnt so bad to go full on fast. I started at 241 and i am at 225. I had gained so much weight and had been miserable. Even thats an understatement. But Ive been watching your videos and i feel like im 1 on 1 with you and i am so grateful for all of your knowledge!!!

Day 2 of a 3 day water fast and what perfect timing. I started taking some hydration salts then saw they were strawberry flavored and had 45calories and decided against it.

I made a lovely tadka dal and it actually lowered my blood sugar and it was already at a healthy level, I was amazed. A tip for my fellow fasters, if you have a set of dental retainers after having your teeth straightened, wear them when you are preparing food, it will stop you from popping food in your mouth. Thank you for all your advice Dr. Mindy, your book has been ordered.
