This is an excellent home workout!! With the right weight, its challenging and i can repeat the video if i want to get another set it. We're in lockdown in Ontario at the moment but this feels just as effective as the gym. Thank you!! 💜

Hey Sophie! how heavy are the weight you are using? and how much weight would you say is too heavy if the goal is not to get bigger arms but like yours, more tone?
