Don’t make this dating and relationship mistake.
Sometimes women try to get closer. They say it’s liberating and gives them permission yo move on from a relationship. Trying to get over an ex without closure is hard but nit as hard as staying connected to the wrong guy because you keep “reconciling” during closure conversations. Many women aren’t actually looking for closure, they are desperately trying to reconnect with the men they need to be moving on from. Acceptance will get you much further in life the chasing closure. Getting over an ex? Stop looking for closure. It’s the most damaging dating and relationship mistake women make.

When I was broken. I used to watch so many dating coaches to get clarity etc etc. They have bills to pay like we do they are making a living. This man does the same but his heart is truly in it! It’s just something you can feel. God bless you!

Just because YOU feel better about it, doesn’t mean he’ll treat you any differently than before. Actions speak louder than words. Also, in our 20’s, both men and women treat one another like shit in general (if anyone hasn’t noticed- who knows for what reasons! We all need therapy!) Kev is right. Protect yourself so that you don’t waste your time on men not worth the your vulnerability. Once you find that part out, move on. Guys worth (and men reading this, women worth) your vulnerability aren’t into these power games- they’re into connecting with you in a way that neither of you have to “fight for”.

When things don’t work out it’s for a reason! Be thankful and grateful and move on because honestly it’s for the best. Life is way too short to be crying over some male who ain’t worth it! Trust me know and understand your value and count your blessings. I did and haven’t regretted it, if anything I’ve been better off!

This couldn’t have come at a better time. I’ve been ignoring this guy for 5 months that was stringing me along. He contacted me multiple times during that time frame but I never gave him any attention. At times I felt angry because he really hurt and betrayed me, I felt like giving in when he texted me this past weekend. I wanted to lash out, I wanted to call him every name in the book. I was upset because I never had that “closure convo” with him. Instead, I took a couple of deep breaths, accepted that he’s not gonna change and finally blocked him. I feel so liberated 😮‍💨

Ladies if you’re in this situation please listen to Kev!! I wish I would have. He told me very clearly in a coaching call to “Never talk to that Man Again!!” But unfortunately I didn’t listen and tried to get closure and all it did was prolong my pain and suffering in that toxic entanglement. Wow! This was the confirmation I needed!! Been “waiting to get my thoughts all together” to have that last conversation with someone to finally let go because he’s been adamant he doesn’t want a relationship, but he has no issue doing relationship things (trips, staying at one another’s houses, sex etc). I’ve been distant lately toward him and he notices it, and I deny myself the chance to tell him how I’ve been feeling because I know it won’t change a damn thing! I’m good enough to smash but not to commit to. I’m tired of that because I know I’m worth much more!! Glad for this video because now I’m content knowing I don’t have to explain S**T to him. Just move tf on!
