Jocko getting angry with a printer is his most relatable self.

The thing I appreciate about Jocko is I hardly ever hear profanity from his lips. So good to hear sound advice and knowledge that my 12 year old grandson can listen to. Kudos Jocko!

After being paralyzed at 17, I fought frustration quite a lot. Still do, on occasion.
It's definitely one of the toughest emotional challenges to conquer.

Thing that helped me a lot is perspective that I gained from sentence I found on internet while randomly browsing:

Jocko's frustrating morning sounds like everyday life. I don't think I have a single day that everything goes according to plan. When you have kids chaos is the only constant.
