I'd like to hike, backpack, trail run and make a living doing it. I'm still trying to figure out how to do that with kids. If I had the money I'd by all of us the right gear and we would do it together. One day I plan to take one of my kids on the PCT.

In retirement and looking back I would have started my own business early on. I tell my children to try to avoid the wage trap. Used to hike 13ers. Go for it, plan, follow through.

simply not fair that we work almost 40 years to get maybe 10 years of great retirement. i was lucky to retire at 55 and have not looked back.
